should be priced as: using base price for both cities then deduct $10.00
SURCHARGES: 415 AM with no stops $12.00.
With stops $6.00. 4:30 AM starts regular pricing.
After 11:30PM there is a surcharge of $5.00 per 1/2 hr until passenger is in the vechicle.
